Tasting Notes:
A beautiful colour with yellow tones and greenish tints due to its youth. On the nose, it is an aromatic wine with prominent notes of ripe yellow-pulped fruit, particularly peaches and ripe mangos. It has good volume and texture on the palate, and a very balanced acidity that adds vibrancy. This wine has a long and balanced finish with persistent fruity notes.

Floral nose reminiscent of wild flowers. A citrus touch of grapefruit wrapped in a delicate minerality. As a background aromas of hazelnut, cinnamon, a slight vanilla and caramel from fermentation in barrel. Vibrant acidity on the palate.

Very complex nose, with intense floral aromas, along with a spicy / wood (slight vanilla) and mineral (wet stone) touch. On the palate, slight herbaceous typical of the variety. Large mouth structure with a very fresh acidity. Engaging end.
