The FÉ WINE Online Store and all its potentials can be accessed by people who are of legal age to consume alcoholic beverages in accordance with the rules of the country where the consumption will be made.

The prices mentioned on the website are the final prices of the product and include VAT at the legal rate in force in Portugal. The prices of the products do not include the value for their shipment, if applicable.

The wines and years of harvest displayed at the Fé WINE Online Store are available for delivery, unless they are out of stock. If there is a stockout of the year of the ordered wine, it will be replaced by the most recent harvest.
Yes, there may be differences between the images displayed on the Online Store and the product received.
Upon receipt of your order, we will send you an email with the order confirmation.
Your order will be processed and shipped after the respective payment is settled.

After adding all the desired products to the cart, you must click on the shopping cart icon and then click on the Confirm button. Then, fill in your complete data. We advise you to save your data, selecting this option, so that you do not have to enter it again in the next purchases at FÉ WINE. After checking the costs of shipping the order, you should proceed to the payment. The final step is choosing the desired payment method and executing it.
The FÉ WINE store accepts payment by Apple Pay, PayPal, VISA, Mastercard (for national or international customers), or Referência Multibanco, MB Way and Payshop (only for customers with a bank account in Portugal).
We do not ship orders whose payment method is made on delivery.
You can request payment of your order by bank transfer, by emailing email@example.com. The order will only be dispatched after receiving the respective bank transfer.
Shipments and Returns
The order is processed only after receiving the respective payment, as a general rule, until the third business day following the day on which the payment was received.
Generally, after processing and shipping, the order takes 2 to 7 days to be delivered to the delivery address, as long as it is perfectly described and defined, and is properly received. Normally, deliveries in mainland Portugal are made up to 2 days after dispatch.

As long as the order has not yet been dispatched, you can change the delivery address, requesting it through the email email@example.com, and the shipping costs of will be recalculated to the new address, where there may be a shipping price differential. If the order has already been shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.
If you take advantage of the current active promotion, order shipping is free for orders over € 50, for delivery addresses in mainland Portugal. For other delivery locations, shipping costs are calculated according to the respective address and the chosen shipping method.

Yes, however, there will be shipping costs associated with delivery to the islands of the Azores or Madeira.
Orders can be shipped Brazil and all over Europe, with the exception of the following countries: Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Ireland, Latvia and Lithuania. The shipping cost to the shipping address is calculated according to the country, if we do not ship to the desired country, the FÉ WINE Online Shop will warn you immediately when ordering.
Upon completion of the order, after the delivery address has been entered, the FÉ WINE Online Store calculates the total weight of the order and calculates the cost of shipping, using the chosen shipping method and address, before proceeding to the final payment order procedure. The value of shipping costs will be added to the value of the order, before making the payment.
Upon receipt of the order, you must fully check the perfect packaging conditions. If it has an anomaly, such as a damaged, wet or torn box, you can refuse to receive the order, without opening the package and immediately informing the transport company of the reason for the return, specifying it on the waybill and notifying FÉ WINE immediately by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you prefer, you can accept the order, and you must request the delivery sheet from the courier and write what you visually detect on the packaging and in addition also write "reservations on delivery, subject to conference".
If, when you open the order, you notice any anomaly caused by transport, you have 24 hours from the date of delivery to notify FÉ WINE, by emailing email@example.com explaining the damage caused by transport, sending photos and the description of the damage. After this period of time, FÉ WINE will not be held responsible for any damage or theft of the item(s) that may have occurred during transportation.
