Tasting Notes:
A citrine-yellow colour with greenish tints. A complex aroma with notes of Williams pears, hints of dried fruit peel and a sweetness courtesy of its ageing in the barrel.
This wine has the subtlety and elegance typical of the Encruzado grape variety when oak-aged. Firm on the palate, it has great volume and an intense texture. A well-integrated acidity confers gastronomic freshness and invites a long and very balanced finish.
