Taittinger Brut Réserve is a blend of Chardonnay (40%), Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier (60%) from over 35 different vineyards and grapes harvests, whose ripeness is perfect. With a high proportion of Chardonnay, unique among non-vintage champagnes and a minimum aging period of three years in the cellar, where it reaches the peak of aromatic maturity that makes Taittinger Brut Réserve a delicately balanced champagne, known throughout the world for the consistency of its excellent quality.
